Fermentation and Aging: Brief maceration, temperature controlled fermentation.

Notes: You'll immediately notice the brilliant pink hue of this wine. Then on the nose, intense yet delicate fruits. Smooth, structured and well balanced - this rosé pairs excellently with appetizers, fresh cheeses and seafood. Also perfect with sushi!
