Site: North-eastern side of mount Etna, in the Domain Valle Galfina, Linguaglossa (Catania). Volcanic soil, rich in minerals. Climate is typical of Etna area, with notable difference in temperatures between day and night.

Fermentation and Aging: Cryomaceration, the grapes are then soft pressed prior to fermentation at controlled temperature.

Notes: This gorgeous wine greets the nose with a rich yet delicate fruity fragrance. On the palate is a well-balanced, fresh, pleasantly acid and persistent dry taste. Recommended with fish, white meats, fresh cheeses; also excellent as an aperitif.
