Site: West-facing vineyards in Rivalta (La Morra), 250 meters above sea level. Soils: calcareous marl. Vines are 15-25 years old, guyot trained. September harvest.

Grapes: 100% Nascetta

Fermentation and Aging: Fermentation at controlled temperature in stainless steel with natural yeasts. Aged in stainless steel.

Notes: Nascetta is a native, aromatic grape variety of the Barolo region. This wine expresses floral aromas reminiscent of rose and lychees, and the palate is fresh and delicate, finishing on a citrus note. Try pairing with grilled squid with lemon or seared scallops with fennel salad.
