In a few words: This wine comes from the nebbiolo vines which grow in the lands of “La Brunata” farm. These areas are very suitable to give austere and intense wines with a full and harmonious taste and a delicate, elegant smell.

Grapes: 100% Nebbiolo, selected and hand-picked in the vineyard around mid-October.

Fermentation and Aging: A prolonged fermentation of about 20 days takes place in stainless steel tanks and, after pumping the wine over the cap and the alcoholic fermentation is over, the new wine is decanted in large capacity Slavonian oak casks and matured for about 4 years.

Notes: Ruby garnet red in color, with slightly orange reflections after aging. Aromatic with scents of rose, violet and soft balmy notes. Pairs very well with braised meat, game and cheese.

About 10,000 bottles produced.
