Locale: Montacuto, Italy
Appellation: Rosso Conero
In a few words: Delicacy and finesse complete this wine.
Site: Grown organically in the winery’s estate vineyards.
Grapes: 100% Montepulciano
Fermentation and Aging: Vinified entirely in stainless steel; one year finishing in bottle.
Notes: Fun fact: Aión is the Greek god of philisophical time (ever notice how slowly time passes when you are bored, and quickly it passes when you’re doing what you love?) -- but "Aión" is also the reverse of “Noia”, Italian for “boredom”. So to drink Aión is the opposite of boredom!
