Grapes: 100% Chenin Blanc
Fermentation and Aging: Classic white wine vinification with soft pressing, fermentation in stainless steel cuves with temperature control, six months of settling and refinement in cuve.
Notes: This "simple" wine may be aged in the cellar from 20-50yrs! A classic Vouvray with gorgeous complex aromatics, bracing acidity, and real length. Philippe's goal is to show the imprint of the terroir of Vouvray. About 10,000 bottles produced. Two stars from Guide Hachette.
