Site: From the estate’s vineyards near the village of Rions. Clay, limestone and gravel.
Grapes: 70% Merlot, 20% Cabemet Sauvignon and 10% Cabernet Franc
Fermentation and Aging: Twenty-four days maceration. Matured for approximately 6 months in oak barrel.
Notes: A beautiful garnet color. The nose includes notes of red and black fruits with a hint of vanilla. Pairs perfectly with red meat or poultry.
