Site: Clays, silts and sands

Grapes: Procanico, Grechetto, Verdello, Malvasia

Fermentation and Aging: A loose pressing of the whole grapes. Fermented in stainless steel casks for 20 days at a constant temperature 20° C in stainless steel, and rested only four months before release.

Notes: This wine is light-bodied, crisp, slightly fruity and wonderfully refreshing with a delicate straw-color and enticing bouquet. Delightful with simple fish and shellfish dishes, it is also superb as an aperitif.
