In a few words: Pale yellow color with white gold reflections. Fresh nose but quite discreet, in the essentially floral register. Hint of minerality with aeration and subtle note of green apple. Wine full of lightness and delicacy, dominated in the mid-palate by the liveliness of citrus fruits. There is a finish of great finesse and pretty texture, balanced and fruity. Nice persistence for a complete and aerial set.

Site: Double Guyot-trained vines on cllay, limestone, Kimmeridgian soils

Grapes: Chardonnay

Fermentation and Aging: Traditional fermentation in stainless steel vats. Aged 8-12 months.

Notes: Store up to 5 years. Serve at a temperature of 12 ° C. Accompany fish, shellfish, poultry.
