Site: South/southwest exposure, between elevations of 250 to 300 m in altitude. The climate is moderate to dry with low thermal amplitudes. The soil is sandy; rich in nutrients such as phosphorus and potassium, and poor in calcium and magnesium, producing wines of low pH and higher acidity. The granite composition confers a wonderful minerality to the wines.
