Site: Grapes are 100% from Emendis estate vineyards in Castellet i la Gormal. Clayey soils poor in organic material but rich in magnesium. 

Grapes: Pinot Noir

Fermentation and Aging: Maceration on the skins for 8 hours to extract the color and aromas of the skins. A second fermentation is carried out slowly and carefully in the Emends cava (10 meters deep) to obtain an excellent agin on its lees. Aged 14 months in the bottle.

Notes:  This lovely cava rosado captivates with enchanting aromas of redcurrants and strawberries. A delicate palate of dry, crisp, and animated fruit. 

Nuallongé is a tribute to the Catalan painter, Salvador Dalí, and to his sketch “Couple et Nu Allongé".
