Site: Hand harvested from estate vineyards high above the Douro river.

Fermentation and Aging: After hand harvesting, the must goes into stainless steel vats until fermentation is interrupted with the addition of brandy. The 20 Year Old White Port is a blend of vintages, with an average age of 20 years, during which time it is resting in barrel to keep it in an oxidative environment.

Notes: Serve it not too cold - chill it in the fridge, and take it out 30 minutes before serving. Ideal to drink with salted entries, smoked salmon and Spanish ham, or with nuts, or as an appetizer.
