Fermentation and Aging: Fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks and lasts approximately 25 days. The new wine is matured in tank on fine lees for three months, and then is stabilized, fined and bottled. Wine rests in bottle another 45 days before being released.

Notes:  Pale straw color with a hint of green. On the nose, peach, apricot and citrus with a slight grassy and hay-like aroma. Seductive! Fresh, full bodied, balanced on the palate. Ideal for appetizers; also sushi, fish from the sea and the lake, rice and pasta dishes accompanied by poultry.
