Grapes: 100% Negroamaro

Fermentation and Aging: Destemming and crushing of the grapes, maceration at controlled temperatures for 8-10 days with periodic pumpovers. Malolactic fermentation and settling in stainless steel vats. Elevage in second passage barriques of French and American oak for 4-5 months.
