In a few words: An elegant and harmonious wine.

Grapes: Glera 85% and Pinot Noir 15%

Fermentation and Aging: Charmot method. The two base wines are assembled in 50 hl autoclave for a second slow fermentation of about 2 months.

Notes: A delicate antique pink color which fades to coral pink, with a seemingly infinite amount of bubbles. On the nose, a lovely harmony of wild strawberry, pomegranate, gooseberry and sage. Nicely structured, balanced, and fresh on the palate. Delicious on its own, or paired with smoked salmon pasta or chickpea and lentil meatballs.
