In a few words: This wine has an austere composition, a light and delicate bouquet, a nice body and a ruby red colour with garnet reflections for more mature wine.

Grapes: 100% Nebbiolo, selected and hand-picked in the vineyard at the beginning of October.

Fermentation and Aging: The 12-day fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks. The wine is then decanted in 5,000 L wooden casks, where it matures one year.

Notes: About 8,000 bottles produced. A wine that is almost Burgundian in character, with great clarity, and purity of expression.
