In a few words: Named for Paolo's uncle Poli. Easy drinking & food friendly, with vibrant red fruits & softness on the palate, supported by a light spiciness and subtle tannins.

Site: 21 year old vines on 0.4 hectares of clay and slightly calcareous soils with northwestern exposure 

Grapes: 100% Dolcetto

Fermentation and Aging: Fermented with native yeast in cement, with aging in steel for 10 months

Notes: Enjoy throughout the meal, especially with cold cuts, appetizers, first courses, fresh or medium-aged cheeses. 1400 bottles produced.
