In a few words: This wine was made for sushi.

Site: High vineyards in the Valle Isarco (Eisacktal, in German). Granite, porphyry (“Porphyry is a type of igneous rock consisting of large-grained crystals, such as feldspar or quartz, dispersed in a fine-grained feldspathic matrix or groundmass.” The word comes from Greek for “Purple”. Grapes: Moscato Giallo

Fermentation and Aging: Selected grapes and classic white wine fermentation.

Notes: Aromatic and floral thanks to the Muscat grape but one which sits just this side of dry.
