In a few words: Full, intense, persistent and fine

Site: Gentle hills near the town of Jesi and more specifically the hamlet of San Paolo. Grown on 6.5 hectares of estate vineyards. Soils are clay and calcarious with some incidence of sand. Generally about 250 meters above sea level. Farmed without the use of systemic chemicals.

Grapes: 100% Verdicchio

Fermentation and Aging: Fermentation in steel containers at a controlled temperature and without the grape skins, including an extended stretch with yeasts, followed by aging for 12 months in glass-reinforced cement vats and for 6 months in bottles placed in a temperature-controlled setting.

Notes: Aromas of almond and lime flowers are a clear indication of the actual nature of the varietal. Production is a total of 1,200 bottles. Yes, you read that right.
