Fermentation and Aging: Skin contact in the press in order to enhance aromatics. Separation of drop and press juices, vinified separately. The fermenting must is protected with a layer of Nitrogen. Fermentation at 18°C by a selected yeast. Maturation on fine lees.
Notes: Pale yellow with green hues, this wine has a remarkable aromatic power; the nose exudes superb floral and citrus scents. This crisp and refreshing wine is beautifully balanced. Enjoy as an aperitif on a warm day. Perfect with charcuterie, smoked fish or goat's cheese.
