Fermentation and Aging: Cultivated using organic and biodynamic viticulture. Maturation in barrels of more than four years.

Notes: A juicy, fruity, peppery effort with medium-bodied richness. Lots of plum, blackberry and licorice aromas and flavors, with a polished, elegant and deliciously drinkable style. 10.000 bottles produced.
