Grapes: Procanico, Grechetto, Verdello, Malvasia
Fermentation and Aging: Pressing of the whole grape. Fermented for 20 days at a constant temperature of 20° C in stainless steel, and rested only four months before release.
Notes: This wine is light-bodied, crisp, slightly fruity and wonderfully refreshing with a delicate straw-color and enticing bouquet. Delightful with simple fish and shellfish dishes, it is also superb as an aperitif.
